This song is about navigating grief and difficult times. A reminder to myself to go within rather than escaping to someone or something else.

I wrote and recorded the first version of this song late spring in 2023.

This is my first collab with Joey the Coyote. I handed it off to him to write cello parts and play drums. I had an idea for the cover art and he made it come to life.
